Automatic Start/Stop/Rinse with Manual Override
This option enables the unit to be started (after initial set-up) with the turn of a single switch. With both manual “one-step” starting or with automatic level control starting, the unit will “cycle-up” into operation and provide continuous self-monitoring. Upon receiving a “shut-down” command from either the operator or the level control switch, the unit will cycle down and rinse itself with fresh water, ensuring that your watermaker will be ready for optimal performance at any time.

Unattended Rinse
This option allows the unit to automatically monitor its usage and fresh water rinse itself after one week of disuse. Due to the “burned-in logic” of our PLC Control Unit, the internal clock of the watermaker will NOT be affected by a power outage. As long as the power is on at the time of rinse and the fresh water system is active, your watermaker will rinse itself, preparing for future use, and allow you to focus on more important matters. This option also relieves the need to “pickle” your membranes in most cases where long periods of disuse are experienced.

Remote Operation
This option allows simple operation and monitoring of the unit from a remote location, e.g., bridge, tower, stateroom, etc. The Auto Start/Stop/Rinse option is required for remote operation to function.

Pre-Mounting To High Density Plastic Panel
We will pre-mount the major components of your watermaker to a high-density plastic panel.
